  • Oh eff! This is grilled cheese done both horribly messy and horribly well! I've probably had their sandwiches four times this summer...(and I'm still trying to taste the Mac and cheese grilled cheese)... The aloha pineapple one is delicious as it has pineapple on it that brings out super sweet yum. The winner from this new food truck is the "hot mess". I've had this at least three times and every time it seems likes it better and something new to me. The peppers, the it sauce, the egg??, the sausage, the CHEESEEEE.... It's basically all of that melded together in mounds of runny cheese and spice. I have never eaten anything with so much flavor. Seriously, flavor central right here. The refreshing thing is the fact that all of their yummy ingredients are locally sourced and from fresh, neighboring suppliers. I like that. So go try these grilled cheese's as they are not your moms grilled cheese. They're farrrrrrr better... I found out today that the aforementioned Mac and cheese grilled cheese is only available once a week.... So glued to twitter I now will be. That could yet be the most amazing thing I might ever eat.
