  • I had visitors in town and decided to grab a table for 5 after spending some time in the Forum Shops. It took about 40 minutes to be seated, and after ordering a good 45-50 minutes for our food to come out. I would understand the wait if the restaurant had been very busy, but it was later in the evening and over half the tables in the restaurant were empty by the time we sat down. We also had a very simple order which included 3 burgers and a salad. The waiter never offered to bring extra bread for the table while waiting, nor did he stop by to refresh drinks. Our table was also half prepared and didn't even have napkins until I requested some. Everyone was content with their food, but the poor service made the experience one I don't care to repeat any time soon.
