  • It's not too bad here. Honest. I love all the trees! It's pretty serene for the most part. Pool/spa can be pretty noisy (I'm near it) at all hours and isn't well controlled by management and that's my biggest complaint (I wish it was better controlled especially at night). Blasting music and disrupting other tenants (even if windows are closed) is considered a public nuisance and I plan to discuss this again with management (I plan to go to the area manager on this one), tenants also have a right to peace and quiet inside their units. Tenants at the pool blasting music is a public nuisance, especially a night time when most people are sleeping or trying to. MOST IMPORTANTLY, I have no bugs at all, not a single one. I'm on the second floor so I can't speak for anyone on the first floor. Maintenance is great! Leasing staff is super friendly and they work hard! I'll most likely stay on here and extend my least another year. I've been here for 6 months so far. Oh!!! And I LOVE the legit REAL granite countertops (not the fake look a-likes ) in my renovated unit, super nice touch!!!! PS All the trees and birds are my favorite part living here. I'm center of the property.
