| - The "good" parts were two employees: Martin in Flooring and Michael in Kitchens. All else was terrible, terrible, terrible.
Among other items, I ordered (and paid for) a solid surface kitchen counter top to replace one that was individual tiles over a board. (bad idea; never do that). I am STILL waiting the installation. Multiple phone calls, emails with photos, etc. This was NOT cheap, but they want to nickel and dime the buyer to death. Right now, they want $250 MORE to have a plumber on hand, and IF the plumber is needed, that will also add more time because, well, like, yeah, the plumber does not schedule at the buyer's convenience. There were many more points to the negative, however you get my drift.
The problem is that I cannot offer a better solution. Bummer.
