  • Worst company to do business with! We were referred to this company through RC Willey's extended warranty department and they came out to look at our broken washer door. The guy that came to do the quote was friendly and seemed to know what he was doing, took notes, got my signature, and left. A couple days later I got a call stating that they needed to send a New technician as the first one didn't know what he was doing or didn't take the right notes. I had to take time off of work not once but TWICE to meet this company only to have to track them down later and find out that it would not be covered under warranty due to "excessive door damage". Frustrated, and wanting our washer to work- I said just to please do the work and we would pay out of pocket. The person we talked to said they are too busy to do it for us. They can't take the work because they have too much of it and so they would not be able to repair the washer. They didn't say "Could you wait two weeks? Do you want to be on a cancellation list? We'll do whatever we can to see if someone can get out there"- just plain and simple: Sorry we can't do it because we are just too busy right now. WOWWWWW. I've never been turned down trying to Pay for a service. What a JOKE. Terrible company. Go elsewhere!
