  • Today I purchased a car from Sands Kia. We all know how dreadful car shopping can be but this experience was different. I'm so thankful Luiz was the one who got my inquiry online. I told him what I wanted and what I was trading and told him let me know if they can help me or not before I come in. If it wasn't going to benefit me I wasn't interested in going to that dealership. He said they would for sure work with my request and give me a fair offer. He wasn't lying he did a great job getting me what I wanted. My main reason for keeping my business there with him was because he didn't come across pushy and he didn't immediately annoy me (we all know how annoyed we can get the minute we get out of our car at a dealership). He made the car buying experience pleasant and I didn't feel overwhelmed at all working with him. If you're interested in looking at a Kia please go see Luiz, I don't think you'll be disappointed.
