I go here for lunch a lot. Upscale, nice decor, fancy food. For lunch they do a chef's trio that is usually good, always changes so the server should tell you the soup, salad, sandwich combo. The quality of ingredients are higher end and they have some unique choices. Oddly enough its their tator tots and sweet potato fries I like best. Just had the Tuna salad, whole tuna in it, not canned chunks which was good, overall though it was just ok, needed some more kick to it. Pricing isn't bad for downtown, you will pay close to the same at lesser restaurants.
