  • BUYER BEWARE!!! If I could give 0 I would. I signed up one year ago. The first time I went I brought my 1 year old daughter to the daycare facility which costs 10 dollars extra per month. After dropping her off and coming back 25 minutes later to check on her, there was a 3 year old carrying her around while the employee on duty was holding an infant (infants are prohibited but this gym clearly has no rules they follow) after that I pulled my child out and left. I called the next day to cancel my membership. After I thought I was done with the gym I am still being charged to this day. When I ask the gym why they tell me I don't exist in their system and don't know why I'm getting charged. I changed my card number ad they still got into my account. They tried 9 times in a row to take hundreds of dollars from my card. This happens every single month. It's impossible to talk to head officr or a manager. Mastercard informed me that even changing a card number they can still get into it. An investigation has finally been launched after I threatened my credit card company. I will post update.
