  • I would have given them no stars if there was an option for that. We just moved out and had all kinds of problems the entire two years that we lived there. The staff are rude assholes and I do not know how these bitches continue to be employed. The master shower leaked to the room downstairs I believe that there is mold in the house that we just moved out of. The ceiling caved in over the stairs. the dishwasher went out. The carpet ripped in the master bedroom (which they are now trying to charge us for). I have kids so two years in a house you are going to have to get some stuff in that raggedy house that needs to be taken care of for the next tenant. Not my job to fix it. Like you didn't come fix the list of shit that was wrong when the repairman came out to do what they call a "Maintenance Check" after a bad review I gave. So... Nope I did not clean a damn thing. Keep the deposit.. which they did and that is fine, but now they want to nit pick like babies and try to get us for $2,000 more dollars. The house was not left nasty and there was no damage to that house that we did. Sorry you have to take the trash down and clean the appliances. I knew you were going to keep my deposit so why should I have paid to have someone do this stuff and then you charge me again. Their employees need to be pooper scoopers so they can pick themselves up!!!!
