rev:text	I have gone to Lucy's Nails on two separate occasions and the first time I went it was just good enough, so I assumed that maybe this was a one off, but then I went in on Saturday and received the worst service from a nails and pedi establishment. I booked my appointment towards the end of their day, but still an hour before close, so this would have given them more than enough time to do an appropriate job. Firstly the staff person working on my toes barely acknowledged my presence and seemed extremely tired, so tired that I had to constantly request the basic things (can you add whatever softener solution to the water, can you show me all of the colours I requested, please re- do this and so on). I have never been to a pedi place where the entire job moved so quickly (I'm talking less than 15 mins and I could quickly tell that my nails were going to be less than impressive. I slowly looked around at the other ladies present there and noticed their toes were also substandard and poorly manicured. After the quick job, I was then taken to the drying station where no one came to check up on me, with the exception of a very unpleasant worker who promptly told me and my friends "that we were done and could leave". This is no way to treat a customer especially not with all of the competition out there... Lucy, the owner is actually a very nice and pleasant lady however her staff or rather the two (the one who did my toes and the other who did my friends toes) absolutely suck- poor customer service through and through . This place bring a whole new meaning to "you get what you pay for" .
