I have a business account at BMO at Markland branch and due to the lack of service I will be closing it. BMO is the worst bank I have ever dealth with, dosen't matter which location. If you have any issues or complaints at all don't expect to speak with anyone, no one answers the phone and when you leave messages no one calls you back including the manager. The employees at the call centre are all incompetent, you will get a different answer to the same question from each of them. Will be taking my business to TD instead.
