  • I love shopping at Ross and places like it. I grew up in the area where this Ross is located and have come here for years. It has never been a good one and has gone downhill considerably in the past 5 years. The store is completely filthy. About 2 years ago I found a puddle of urine in the dressing room. Why I ever came back after that experience is beyond me. Maybe this is how I punish myself. The shopping carts are gross, covered in goo and visibly dirty. Floors are sticky, merchandise is strewn about by careless customers who tend to flock here. The stock overall is poor, and merchandise is disorganized. Mothers utilize the store as free babysitting while their children run wild taking toys out and running around screaming. Lines are always long. It is like a zoo. I will not come here anymore because I leave feeling pissed off at the store and humanity each time.
