  • The location is great. Along with all the reviewers I wish I had read, we had serious problems trying to get our room clean in the 5 days we were there. After calling and calling the gm blamed us for having things on our bed. The only thing there was a towel but I still don't see how that keeps the trash from being emptied or from someone refilling our coffee. It was bad enough that I don't feel they provided us with the service we contracted and overheard other guests saying they were rented unclean rooms. Everyone had issues with keys not working which is no fun to discover late at night when you have to walk along an unsecured outdoor hallway to get another key. Twice. Which happened to my daughter. On the plus the greenway is pretty nearby. We will probably move closer to Scottsdale downtown next time. The management at 3 Palms should really at least read a blog on customer service if they can't afford a class. NO housekeeping whatsoever (dirty sheets = bedbugs). Bad Customer service from hotel manager.
