I brought my car in for an oil change and a cabin filter replacement (which Ben Mynatt notified me of). I brought the car in when the service department opened, I was the first one there with an appointment. I waited nearly three hours for my car to be ready. Several people were in and out before me and this made me very upset. I am not sure why I had to wait so long for my car with the services I was getting done. I prefer to have my car serviced at the dealership where I purchased it. However, based on my last experience, I think I may have to consider going elsewhere.
