  • I am giving this cold stone a one star because they pissed off my husband and have immature attitudes!!! I get that it was 5 minutes till closing but my husband asked for a churro Carmel crave and she had replied to him "its 5 minutes till closing and it takes 5 minutes to make" with an attitude, so he just asked for the batman chocolate cookie crusade she made it, left it on the counter and Walked to the back. Just horrible customer service! My husband and I have worked in customer service before and never have treated anyone with that kind of disrespect no matter how bad we wanted to go home for the night.
