  • LOVE the management! Dana, the manager, does an amazing job and her staff does great as well! Dana was the one that originally helped us get into our apartment and she was a huge help! LOVE the floorplans (currently in the Stephanie but might upgrade to the Grace which is a bigger one bedroom). The price....CANNOT BEAT IT! Water, Trash, and Sewege included in rent and the spaces and windows are a lot better than newer apartments that start at $800+ for smaller spaces and barely any windows. LOVE that the apartments come with washer/dryer in each unit! 24 pool/spa and gym access! ALWAYS gated and very quiet as well! HIGHLY recommend these apartments!!!
