  • I'm not the person to complain but my last experience was terrible. I don't get my nails done very often but when I splurge I expect them to look better than I can do. I walked in and they immediately ignore me, the owner greets me and puts me with Helen, I greet her and say hello and she tells me to pick color. Basically I got gel nails with polish all over my skin, I had some square some round nails and some pointed(not filed correctly), and she had filed my nails extremely hard and cut them and they were bleeding... After she had finished I asked if she could refile my nails so they were all the same shape and they had refused my device right after I had payed. Not pleased and will not return
