They have had good marks for years in the service department. Until Brad Johnson entered the picture from Finance. I just bought a used car from the dealership. The sale went well until Finance. The finance person presented the one and "only" option for an extended warranty on a used car. He portrayed this warranty as gold, "everything is covered" as people are holding on to vehicles longer. Bologna! I had a major concern from the get go in purchasing the used vehicle and was clear to communicate it. The finance person indicated this is such a great warranty it would be covered. Of course I find out it is not. Enter Brad Johnson. He has ZERO customer service skills. He is completely disrespectful and speaks over you. I had to tell him that I was the customer and was he going to listen to me or should I take this concern to another level. Brad has such a chip on his shoulder he said "I am the end of the line". No Brad that is not true. You are not the end of the line. There are plenty of options for a customer to pursue. Maybe he felt because I was a woman I didn't know what I was talking about and he felt he could speak over me and tell me how well trained his people were. Be ware of the finance team at this dealership!
