I hate working out but First Wind makes it easy to commit to a work out regimen. I've tried all the classes, Feel the Ride with Monika is challenging, has good music and she keeps me engaged.
More than the Ride incorporates strength training and barre movements so I don't get bored easily.
I would recommend this studio for anyone who is skeptical of spin classes or anyone just starting out. I'm seriously a fan. The owners are super welcoming and really helpful with the bikes!
