  • Amazing service great workmanship and Corey the owner is absolutely the nicest man you will ever run into in this line of work. Our daughter was rear ended and needed some good work done on her car so we went to three body shops all listed with good reviews on Yelp! Gateway was the first stop , I appreciated how Corey was concerned about the car and our daughter and the time frame she would be without a car. He got on the ground looked in the trunk and gave us a fair estimate, stating if he found any other damage he would contact their insurance company and have them ok any extra repair's before he fixed them. Than the same day we traveled to two other body shops from Yelp. Both told us they couldn't give us a estimate with out tearing the car apart , and then we would have to contact the insurance company for more money , and her car would be in pieces! We did not walk we ran back to Gateway made a appointment for the following Monday and dropped off her car . Corey stayed in contact with us , got approval from their insurance company who paid for the extra repairs . Then Corey gave us the following Tuesday as the pick up date and it was done. Everything done beautifully and in a timely manner. Corey even had them buff out her faded tail lights. I can't say enough good things about this shop , I'm so glad we found it and Corey the owner it will be our body shop we will trust and use from now on. Thank you again , Gateway and Corey for all you do, families like ours really appreciate honest straight forward caring people like you.
