I bought a Kenmore Elite refrigerator and three weeks ago my ice maker broke and I called there technical department who refused to send a technician out even though I had a Warranity, she told me to push buttons and call back in four hours , not only did the ice maker did not work I lost all my food it took them over a week to come at time the serviceman diagnosed my refrigerator wrong said it was a compressor and the second technician came out he told me it was something else and know I had to wait other week and the third technician fixed it left and my ice maker doesn't work the refrigerator is still broken and still without a refrigerator. Sears technician are incompetent. There customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with . When service Technician
left I called back because the refrigerator was humming and he did not call back. I called sears and they didn't care they told me I had to wait again the next day between 1:00 and 5:00. They should of come out the next day in the morning instead of making me wait. My advise to you is dont by appliances at Sears. They don't care. They deserve to go out of businesses.
