| - BELIEVE THE REVIEWS! Good experience before I paid, HORRIBLE service after. I already saw the bad reviews on here, but was hoping things had improved when we went in. Service was good for finding furniture, etc but after they charged $3,000 to my credit card, pieces of furniture suddenly became unavailable. Was told my bed would come in Saturday, be delivered by latest Tuesday, no one called on Saturday. I called on Monday, they couldn't set up delivery for another week. On day of delivery, I confirmed delivery window of 10am-2pm. I called at 2pm because they had not arrived, was told they were running an hour behind schedule. Called back at 4pm, was told they got held up again but now are on their way and would be there within 30 mins. Called back at 5:30, was told the furniture had been marked in computer as already delivered. Asked to speak to a manager because the furniture had NOT been delivered and I had been waiting almost 8 hours by then. Was told the manager had gone home for the day, told me to call back tomorrow. Pleaded with them to call the driver and work out the mistake. Delivery truck came at 7:30pm with a defective bed! Wrote an email to customer service manager about the experience, having to wait 10 hours for furniture to be delivered, asked to be called to discuss. No response. Called four days in row to speak to manager, was told repeatedly she was not in and would return my call and email the next day. I will never spend another $1 at this business. These people are crooks.
