  • I'm very surprised by the review with a no-show story about Fantastic Fire. We received a written confirmation a few weeks ahead of time, a confirmation phone call the Friday before our Sunday party, and a phone call a few minutes before the truck arrived to check if all the guests were ready. The experience itself couldn't have been better: the kids had a blast with the games, loved exploring the truck, and had so much fun taking rides. And did I mention that Fantastic Fire made this experience wonderful even though there was a downpour? Best of all, they made my birthday boy feel so special. I can't recommend them highly enough.
