We drove into Vegas for our flight home the next day and as it was lunch time and our hotel room was not yet ready, we took a detour to Monta for lunch. Sat at the counter again and we both ordered the Tonkotsu ramen. The noodles were a bit thinner this time. I added an egg which I shared with Hubby and extra green onions.
Hubby also ordered the pork belly fried rice which was not as good as how it was prepared at their other branch which was chunks of pork. This was slices of pork belly and the dish didn't taste as good.
The food is served very fast so even 'tho there is a wait, even longer for larger groups 4 or more, the turn over is quick.
