  • This is the contractor for Spence's so no choice but to use them. It's been three months and three visits with one more to come to fix a noise in my dryer! There is no flexibility in scheduling a repair visit. I mean just picking Morning or afternoon! They call you the morning of the visit and tell you when they want to be there and if that does not work for you, you must wait at least two weeks when the process begins all over again! No Customer Service at all. Not recommend for anything
