  • A couple of years ago I went there to upgrade from iPhone 4s to an iPhone 6s they denied me because I had a prepaid T-Mobile account. I went to a different T- Mobile down the street and was approved with no problems whatsoever. I would avoid this particular T-Mobile they're very unprofessional and don't go out of their way to help you, except out the door!
