  • I truly wanted to write a good review for this after I've read so many. But after going here for the first time I'm sincerely disappointed. Don't get me wrong: the people here are kind, but some are very inexperienced. I specifically told the hair stylist (the creative director one) to NOT cut it too short, as in above the shoulders. I wanted it to be all straight front and back, and I've mentioned too many times not to cut it short as I only wanted a trim. And guess what? He cut it exactly how I didn't want it to be. It took nearly three hours for the whole hair process, and he kept complaining that my hair was too thick, and as he tried to cut it evenly, it didn't work out and he eventually cut shorter and shorter. The end result was extremely uneven, choppy and undesirable, which is probably why he didn't even bring in a mirror to show me how the back looked. (That's what they usually do). They even cut my hair shorter in the front, along with a small side fringe which I DID NOT ask for. As soon as I left the place, I cried at how horrible it looked and I've been wanting to grow it back out ever since. I paid a total of $42 when I could've gotten an $8 haircut for a better experience. I do not recommend this place, especially the creative director.
