  • had my 2 puppies trained by derek for a week last july.. i waited till january to contact him again as he said he could do a follow-up week and take the pups again at no charge since i was still some issues. however, he stated he had some/an aggressive dog he was working with and i'd have to wait till february. well, i've tried texting and emailing with no response. he also changed his phone number and moved. argh!!! he was a very personable trainer and said my pups did real well. unfortunately, they haven't quite caught on.
