AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I went to the store to pick up a package, which I got no notice for. The customer service rep was talking to another person in the store, and ignored me when I tried to get his attention. Once he decided to "help" me, he told me to look for the package on the floor, I found my package damaged, and opened. I asked him about it and he told me, "I'm not UPS, complain to them." When I turned to leave, he mumbled, "Good riddance, hope not to see you again!" Worst Customer Service Ever!
