  • Just had a terrible experience. Called and provided a very detailed explanation of an issue with my gutters and asked for a QUOTE to do a specific task. 2 weeks later I get a BILL for $175 for unnecessary work I did not authorize. I am stunned. Waiting to see how they resolve it.
