Went there on Feb 2, 2016 around 5:45 p.m., after I paid for my food I went to the pick up window and I realized I wanted a small drink, so I asked her if I could order it and she told me I could go back around and wait in line again, c'mon really!!
Well she did give me one more option, she said I could go inside and order it. I asked if she could take my debit card and order it at the other window but she refused to do that too.
As poor of customer service as that may sound, to her defense it is possible that it's not all her fault. Management could have instructed her not to provide such service to its customers. In any event, they have poor customer service.
I understand people sometimes absolutely hate their jobs especially in those types of positions. Having to deal with difficult customers is the pitts and I could only imagine what that must feel like. Also, having to deal with poor management doesn't help either. If you are not happy where you are at move on to where you will be happy. It's that simple.
