  • Dillard's shoe department is dirty and gross. They need to get their housekeeping department to give it a good cleaning. Wal-Mart is much cleaner! Gross chairs that are so worn. I expect more from a department store! The two sales guys were very uninterested in assisting unless you were ready to make a purchase. I know they are on commission, they acted like they really couldn't care about the customer or their job either. Why bother having disinterested employees fetch boxes of shoes for you? So sad what Dillard's has become. I get better service at DSW. The employees at DSW are friendly and helpful, plus self-service shoe hunting too!
