| - So, this review would have been less positive if it were not for a certain purple-haired young woman who was wonderful. At 11pm, exhausted and hot, I was directed to a specific shuttle after I showed them my voucher (online buyers, take note). After sitting on the shuttle for a while, I was unceremoniously booted from the shuttle by a rookie driver and her "supervisor", since I apparently didn't have a "ticket" and so I was wrong to get on this shuttle, despite being directed to said vehicle by a fellow employee. No apologies or regrets for the confusion, just an implication that I was some sort of illiterate rebel that just jumps on random shuttles.
Enter Purple-haired Lovely. I asked if I was going to get on the NEXT shuttle without issue, and when she heard what happened, she was refreshingly indignant about my ordeal, made sure I had the "tickets" (receipts printed out at the kiosk once they see the voucher....online buyers, take note), apologized for my trouble and the misdirection, and made sure I got on the next shuttle.
Thank you Purple. Also, the shuttle operators were lovely, funny, and focused drivers.
