I kind of had a bad experience at this cafe but the only reason I'm not rating it one star is because of the cats.
First off, I went on a Sunday and saw a hastily handwritten poster at the door saying "attention: very slow service". As other reviews said, you must wait at the door before being let in. A very distraught employee opened the door and told us they were closed and not letting anyone else in (it was 2pm and the hours stated they were open until 6pm.. and the cafe was full of people). He eventually let us in when we saw that our friend was already inside. I won't get into too many details but he kind of scared us because he looked like he was going to have a meltdown at any minute. He barked at us to order quickly and proceeded to run around frantically the entire time.
Anyways, it didn't matter because we were there for the cats. They were so cute!! There were nine of them, all of different colours and varieties. It was easy to walk around and play with them as the cafe was roomy and well placed. I was happy to see that the cats had their own room to escape to when they wanted privacy. There were lots of cute cat books and decorations, and the atmosphere was very homey. I was afraid I would leave covered in hair but I didn't, they keep the place very clean.
We were kind of not allowed to order food and drinks were done hastily so I'd say only come if you want to a simple drink. Also, everyone had to leave at 5pm (but they stopped accepting entry at 2pm) so I'd definitely not rely on the posted hours. With proper employee training I think this place would be much better but even with not i'd come again because I love the cats :))
