  • I find the staff here to be disrespectful and condescending. They ask you questions about your life and then treat you with disrespect. No manners, no people skills. The nail and pedicure work done is somewhere between decent and below average. It's a little bit more expensive than most places in Phoenix and they do a lot less of the massage part on the pedicure, and charge more for substandard work.
