All I did was call and try to schedule an appointment and the lady that answered the phone was rude and disrespectful. I told her I was in pain so after she collected my information she immediately asked for my information I repeated myself 4 Times and she acted as if she didn't feel like being at work to do her job I told her my insurance is di double covered through Teamsters local union and *Tri Care two very public places all she had to do was Google them I didn't have the number but I'm pretty sure I'm not the first patient they have seen with Tri care I told her I was recently married and in the process of .y last name changing and she said Well that's going to be a problem.
I found this company through Google and they were listed first I'm in pain and I agree with some of the other reviews these people have absolutely no customer service skill Las Vegas is not the place for them they should go on the east coast where rude is acceptable and they definitely would not survive down south.
