I am a true believer of you get what you pay for when it comes to cosmetics and beauty supplies and this is why I make Sephora my one-stop-shop for makeup, hair and body products. The employees are very helpful without being overbearing. I am a shop on my own type of girl, but if I do have a question there is always a "beauty expert" within a few feet to help me out. The staff never tries to up sell you with the latest and most expensive products. The listen to your needs and help you find the perfect fit for you. They also have an amazing return policy. If you don't like the product for whatever reason...wrong color...too harsh...or you just plain don't like it....they will refund your money with no questions asked. How awesome is that? If you don't have your receipt they will offer you an exchange or store credit. This is customer service I can get used to! Quick tips: -want to try before you buy? Sephora will give you a sample of any fragrance, face cream, body lotion...ect and all you have to do is ask! -sign up for the Beauty Insider rewards card if you are a frequent shopper like I am. Not only do you get a free gift on your birthday, but you also can earn points for deluxe samples and coupons for up to 20% off!
