  • Delta's team working at LAS is wonderful. They deal with so many people from so many places and though these flights always seem to run completely full, somehow, the agents working every flight I have been on handle the crowds with grace and professionalism. My hubby was traveling on a mileage award ticket and had a center seat. Hubby is a tall and husky guy, so the center seat is not optimum for him traveling LAS-MSP. Thankfully, we arrived early enough to get him changed to a window seat and the gate agent was so kind! When the offer came to courtesy check big bags to our destination, we jumped at the chance! We have been flying Delta since, well let's just say, a very, very long time, and we have ALWAYS had near perfect luck checking our bags. Everything arrives, never broken or anything less than how we checked it in. This time was no different! Bags perfect and on time, even given our short connecting time in MSP to MCO. This is my first 'check in' for Delta, but we are long time loyal passengers. I can say without question, Delta is a world class, first class operation. Thanks Delta!! And Tim and Camella our flight crew was AWESOME!
