  • I have used 5 Star Window Care for a few years. They used to do a fantastic job. However, they cleaned my windows on 11-9-15, and I am very disappointed with the results. I have streaks, drips, dirty spots (i.e., never cleaned) and water marks from rain. I contacted the company but have yet to get a response. Apparently, Curt no longer owns this company. Charlene is his mother; she no longer works there. I think it was bought out by someone in California. None of the workers who came this time were the original workers (Jeff and others) who used to come. Quality has definitely declined! :(
