  • MUST READ!! I'm going to try to keep this review as "short" as possible. I actually had a really good car buying experience here! I was involved in my first car wreck which totaled my car on May 10th and I walked into the first dealership (Larry H. Miller Chrysler Surprise) on May 15th to "LOOK" for a new pre owned vehicle. Keep in mind that I'm not a person that's easily impressed so showing me cars that look nice is the last thing I care about. I care more so about my payments AND driving something nice. I found out about this location due to an email that my adjuster sent me in order to purchase a new car. The site was called TrueCar (which I had never heard of). TrueCar offered me $1,000 off the purchase of a vehicle from this location so that's what initially brought me in. When I walked in I was greeted by Kyle Verdino who then introduced me to David Fortner. David asked me what it was I was looking for and I informed him what I wanted as far as features and payment goes. He showed me 2 used cars and I test drove both. David was very knowledgeable with both cars and never did I feel as though he was trying to pressure me into any particular car. Once we made it back to the dealership I informed him of my interest in the Chrysler 200 C and wanted to work out numbers on that one. He at first tried to get me to pay over what I wanted to pay (as he should because that's his job), but when I expressed that I seriously couldn't go any higher he didn't pressure me any further. So we talked numbers along with Kyle and they not only got me to the payment of what I wanted of $325 a month but brought me down to about $320 a month!!! I would say that I got an AMAZING deal on this car! Keep in mind that everyone's numbers will be different so by no means does that mean you will get the deal that I received but I guarantee you that they will make your experience a great one! Everyone was great and even the Finance department was amazing! I had the opportunity to meet more of the staff the next day because I left my rental to be dropped off and even the other staff members were extremely friendly!! I LOVE my car and all of its features!! I spent a total of 4 hours there and drove off the lot with a car that exceeded my expectations!! Overall I would highly recommend this dealership AND the two guys I've mentioned to anyone because they seriously made my experience not only enjoyable but memorable as well.
