  • The service is bad at this particular location. I've been half a dozen times over the last couple of years, thinking maybe it was just a couple of their staff, but it seems to be a running theme. Consistently the employees never smile, even if you are polite to them and not ordering anything complicated. My friend commented that they seemed snide which I feel is going a bit far. They just don't care and can't take two seconds to make you feel welcome. They don't really seem interested in your business, so I really only go there if nowhere else is open at the time. The bubble tea is fine, a bit pricey for what you get but overall the product itself is decent.
