  • I was so excited to take my dog and cat to Bark Ave. I was referred to this place from Facebook and when I called Kristen she was so nice! She took extra time talking to me and when I got off the phone i knew I had found the new place. However, when I walked in to pick them up I just about cried!! My cat was not finished. She said she was "aggressive" but I have been shaving her for years and everyone tells me how well behaved she is. She was so butchered! Then my dog was so bad I was embarrassed to even walk outside with him. The first comment we got was "it looks like a lawn mower ate you up!" He had patches all over, his tail wasn't shaved, he still has long patches on his belly! I was mortified. She did offer to put him back on the table but she already said she worked very hard on him and it was the best she could do so why would I put my dog thru that again!? She was nice and did allow us to leave without paying but I could tell she wasn't happy about that. We had to book another appointment at a different location to get this fixed. I won't be returning.
