Locked my keys in my vehicle in the Harrah's parking deck on a Saturday night. Called Pop-a-Lock and reached their nationwide call center in TX, The operator had no idea where Harrah's was (I had no idea what the actual address is--just assumed Pop-a-Lock was local), but she eventually found it and let me know the local technician should arrive in an estimated 35 minutes or so. In less time than that, the lock-guy called me and we talked through where exactly my vehicle was in the deck. There was a moment of frustration for the guy, as my vehicle was not the make and model the operator relayed to him. But he looked up the specs he needed and was able to get it open in about 6 seconds. The phone quote was $64.95, which was exactly what he charged. In fact, he joked it was $164.99 and I just assumed I heard the operator incorrectly--I was prepared to pay him that, figuring I was getting the standard "you locked your keys on the strip on a weekend" rate. But nope--it was just the $65 bucks. The dude was friendly, funny, and professional. The number is still in my phone, as this sort of thing happens to me at least once a year.
