  • We stayed at the Mandalay Bay which was the primary reason why we ate here in the first place. Cost was only $17.99 for the breakfast buffet and I'm not too sure if it was worth it. What I did like about it: There are Kiosk available to pay, helps with the line. Coffee greeting you at the table, and a Friendly & Helpful Staff What I didn't like about it: there wasn't much of a selection, and from what was available the food was so so. I really didn't care for the corn beef hash (in fact don't get it), the hash browns were not fresh, pasta was bland. The pancakes, steak, and baked salmon were so so. The Omelette station was a disappointment. Hotel was great, but the Buffet was not; I won't be coming back.
