I cant help it. This place isn't refined or innovative, but every time I come here it just feels right.
It looks live a dive from the outside, but as soon as you go in it's a little bit of a different experience. Their are dark sleek booths in the back hugging an awkwardly placed pool table, and an odd little fireplace in the front... but I like the quirkiness. Think man cave without the rich mahogany smell.
I love their whiskey selection. They always have Laphroaig and Yamazaki on deck. Their bartenders are well equipped to make higher end cocktails like Old Fashioneds, and they offer the whiskey cubed ice. They are always playing a kookie movie on multiple screens, and their jukebox is full of hidden indie gems. Word to the wise it's not ideal for large parties as quarters are small. This is my mothers love bar though. It can do no wrong!
