| - I'm not even sure where to start as this company is a complete nightmare to work with. It is a total scam and I would recommend not doing ANY business with them, as they will rip you off and cover it up. The host will lie to the owner to cover her own ass.
Let me start by saying we are Vegas locals, so we were specifically paying for transportation and access into 3 venues. We booked a party bus for my cousin's bachelorette party for Saturday August 27,2016. We spent in upwards of $1200 and not one thing went right the entire night. We started off by getting onto the bus and discovering that the bottle that was supposed to have come with the package was a half drank bottle of UV vodka. GROSS. When I asked the host about the bottle and why it was halfway gone she stated she had another and not to worry about it. Kinda weird, but OK.
Onto the first stop which was XS nightclub. During our allotted time, the club was actually closed. The host advised we are welcome to wait in line, but that we would probably be waiting in line the entire time. We didn't pay this "VIP host" to wait in line at all.
So we opted to go to the second venue first which was Men of Sapphire. We were given a card to give to the front desk which was supposedly supposed to get us in. We got up to the counter and a very nice woman named Annette advised it would be $44 a person. I was shocked as we had 6 people and we had already paid Club Viva for entrance to this club. One of the bridesmaids and I sat and talked to Annette for about 20 minutes letting her know that we couldn't afford to pay anymore money. Annette called over the manager and he eventually agreed to let us in for free, but was not happy about it. While this was all happening our "VIP host" was nowhere to be found. She also lied to the owner saying that she immediately gained us access, when in fact that isn't at ALL what happened. I spoke with the manager myself. We had a blast at the second venue, but no thanks to the service we booked. We never ended up making it to XS as the initial hassle just wasn't worth trying that again.
We then headed to Tao. While on the bus, the host pulled out yet another halfway filled bottle of UV vodka. What is she bringing these from home and why are they opened? We go to get into Tao and are unable to get in. The host again lied again to the owner of Club Viva and advised that she got us in. The entire time she is nowhere to be found! The same bridesmaid as before was talking to the security guard with me trying to coax them to let us in. After a long period of begging and pleading, they finally agree to let us in, but advised that we had to pay $35 for the male with us. We agreed and paid to get in AGAIN no thanks to this service that made a lot of empty promises. At this point one of the bridesmaid and myself have spent the night arguing to get us into these venues. We only made it to 2 of 3 and nothing went as planned. I will NEVER book them again, nor do I recommend anyone else do either. This is the worst scam. I'm so happy we were able to get ourselves into these places for my cousin, but I would do your research and steer clear of the scam Club Viva.
We contacted the owner and the response was unapologetic and offensive. We will be reporting them to the BBB as this is the worst service I have EVER received.
