  • This Kmart is my pretty old and kinda run-down. The system was down so they could only process cash transactions. BUT the women at the customer service desk had smiles on their faces and were doing the best they could with the cards they were dealt. I witnessed customer after customer yell and complain, yet they maintained their smiles. Made my day.
