Chef Gregory Gourreau is just simply wonderful at PAYARD PÂTISSERIE & BISTRO. I'm a regular here for lunch at the restaurant, they open until 3PM, while the retail store & pastries shop open till 11PM daily.
This bistro offers everything French pastries out there that you can think of! & everything was just so gorgeous to even put in your mouth. They are like beautiful artworks & also so delectable.
Flat Iron Steak with red wine, shallots reduction, gratin dauphinois = so good. The Halibut with grilled tomato, Truffles was such an awesome dish. The salade niçoise with a perfect omelet & a sunny side-up is just so refreshing. However, the winning dish was the Goose Foie Gras Pate with Truffles & cranberries = delish!
