  • I was in a full blown panic that I had a virus on all my home PC's. This was a Saturday afternoon, and I need my computers for work Monday morning. Adam not only responded to my Yelp inquiry/RAQ, he actually gave me the answer, which is that it wasn't a virus at all, but a problematic Malwarebytes update. And he did so for free. He was right and saved me tremendous headache, expense and worry. Can't thank him enough!
