  • I came in with severe abdominal pain. I did some research online before visiting and all of my symptoms seemed to point to my gallbladder. Before signing in I specifically asked the receptionist if they could do an ultrasound (otherwise I would go elsewhere). She confirmed they could do it, so I proceeded to check in. Well, after the doctor examined me, he told me I needed an ultrasound....not surprised....but he said they don't have the ability to do it at the clinic and that I would have to go to the ER. Clearly the point of me asking about the ultrasound before I checked in was so I did not waste my time or money. Very frustrating.
